All websites we design and develop are built on the Zip360 platform.

Websites cannot be transferred to or from the Zip360 platform. If you have an existing website, a new design will be required.

Websites created on the Zip360 platform are subject to a monthly fee, which covers hosting, maintenance, and support.

You do not own the website unless you subscribe to your own Zip360 account. Upon obtaining your own subscription, the website can be transferred to your account.

The intellectual property, including the code and proprietary elements used in the design, remains our exclusive property and is not available for transfer or modification.

3. Subscription and Payment

The monthly subscription fee is paid a month in advance.

A monthly subscription fee is required to maintain your website on the Zip360 platform.

Non-payment may result in website suspension or termination.

Refunds are not available for subscription fees once paid.

4. Maintenance and Support

The monthly subscription fee covers regular updates, maintenance, and technical support.

Changes or updates to the existing website, such as content updates, are included in the subscription.

Any additional requests requiring new pages, design modifications, or functionality changes will incur a separate charge.

5. Termination

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your website services.

If you wish to discontinue services, you must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or downtime resulting from third-party service interruptions or unforeseen technical issues.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but will strive to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
