1. Introduction
Welcome to Wallace Growth Consultants. By using our website design, branding, and digital marketing services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Platform, Website Ownership & Subscription Requirements
- Express Websites are built exclusively on the Zip360 platform and are designed to be ready for launch within 3 business days, provided we have received all required content from you. This includes your logo, branding elements, written content, service/product information, and imagery. Work will not commence until all assets are received.
- While the design and development of the Express Website will be completed in 3 business days, the actual go-live timing depends on domain registration and propagation, which are handled by third-party domain service providers. As such, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by domain-related issues outside our control.
- Express Websites cannot be transferred to or from other platforms. If you're moving from an existing website, a new build is required.
- All websites require a monthly subscription, which covers hosting, maintenance, and technical support. This applies to both Express and custom-built websites.
- If you subscribe to your own Zip360 account, the Express Website may be transferred to you. Otherwise, it remains under our management and you are granted access for use only.
- The design structure, layout, and proprietary elements used on Zip360 remain the intellectual property of Wallace Growth Consultants and are not transferable outside of the platform.
-Other websites may be built on platforms such as Shopify etc., based on project requirements. These platforms may also require a monthly subscription fee for hosting, platform use, and ongoing support—billed either by Wallace Growth Consultants or the platform provider.
3. Subscription & Payment
- All website subscriptions are paid monthly in advance, regardless of platform or project type.
- Subscriptions cover hosting, ongoing maintenance, security, platform use, and basic support.
- Failure to pay the monthly subscription fee may result in service suspension or permanent termination.
- No refunds are provided for subscription fees once paid unless due to a verified billing error.
- Any requests that go beyond the agreed scope—such as new pages, structural changes, or custom functionality—will be quoted and billed separately.
- Other services, including branding, content creation, and digital marketing, may require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project.
4. Maintenance & Support
- Website maintenance, updates, and standard support are included in your monthly subscription.
- Content changes and minor updates are covered; however, major adjustments, new features, or platform-specific customizations may be billed separately depending on complexity.
5. Termination
- Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
- If you wish to cancel your services, written notice must be provided at least 30 days in advance.
6. Amendments
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
- Continued use of our services after any changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
